  • The last 18 years have not been without trials and tribulations for MGS Performance, to say the least.  But throughout those years MGS has won some of the most highly esteemed motorcycle competitions in the industry, such as The Grand Nation Roadster Show, for the title of America’s Most Beautiful Motorcycle; The Rat’s Hole in Florida; Discovery Channel’s Bike Build Off, just to name a few.  MGS Performance’ custom builds have been on the cover of every major motorcycle magazine as well as having countless features inside.  Mike had a brief relationship with the guys from OCC and used to be their exhaust pipe builder, as well as doing other custom builds for them, including the exhaust pipes and the gas tank for the 911 Tribute Bike.

    Mike’s ability to transform from completely custom bike building to creating custom parts and accessories for stock Harleys is really the reason MGS Performance is one of the only remaining shops since the whole bike building craze ended. One would think that the kind of notoriety that MGS had alone would bring success. But when the housing market crashed, so did the ability for many to buy $80,000 motorcycles. Mike had to come up with something and reroute MGS’ business path. So he looked toward performance. Many people would be keeping their stock Harleys, so he had to make those his target.

  • MGS Performance has been a certified Dyno Tune center for years.  But once again, your average over-the-counter exhaust pipes weren’t cutting it for Mike.  He knew there had to be a pipe that could perform better than any others offered and would also be better for the longevity of the motor.  So with much research and development and tweeks, MGS has created a line of very fine-tuned exhaust systems that do just that.  And these MGS True Duals not only look better than any others, they perform even better than any others, even beyond Mike’s original expectations.  They increase horsepower just after install, but with tuning the benefits are even more amazing.
